By using hearthe.io (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. The Service

Hearthe is currently a pre-launch website with a waitlist signup form. No medical product, app, or device is available for use yet. The Site is informational and serves to collect interest for the upcoming product.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to join the waitlist or otherwise interact with the Site.

4. Your obligations

  • Provide accurate information when joining the waitlist.
  • Use only your own email address.
  • Do not attempt to scrape, automate, or abuse the Site.
  • Do not interfere with security or operation of the Site.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the Hearthe wordmark, copy, design, and code, is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse it without permission.

6. No medical advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice. The future Hearthe product, when launched, will not replace a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult a doctor for medical decisions.

7. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Pre-launch waitlist offers no guarantee of future product access or pricing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.

9. Termination

We may modify, suspend, or terminate access to the Site at any time. You may unsubscribe from the waitlist at any time using the link in any email we send you.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the legal entity (currently in formation) is incorporated. We will update this section once incorporation is complete.
